INGA DOROKHINA
Inga is with Supreme NY and hails from Russia. This season was her first and she did a few shows only, but I think next season will contain more shows for Inga. She is a stunner in pictures, just look at these, especially the polaroids from Supreme. It’s a shame they cut her hair for the shows though, somewhere half the lenght it is on these pictures.

SPRING/SUMMER 2010 REVIEW
Fashion weeks are now officialy over for this year and season, since a few hours back. Paris can breathe out. Must feel good for those who have been participating activly over the past few weeks. This season hasn’t really impressed me that much, so many collections were put together in strange ways and in my opinion there were mayb eonly one or two of them that were 100% complete on all fields. Next season has to be brighter considering all the factors the collections and brands are depending on. That, we will see then… For now I’ve made a little selection of remarkable collections from my point of view. Some of them I’ve posted earlier, such as Ann Demeulemeester and Haider Ackermann, so they are not included in this post.
ALEXANDER MCQUEEN
McQueen did as some other brands live streaming of the show this season, which turned out to be very successful. The marketing of this was also extremley good. There is no way anyone missed that McQueen is streaming live. So many shows were just one of those that you decide to open in a new window, but after 4 or 5 looks you shut it down again. This one for sure wasn’t one of those. Rather a show you watched over and over again. The shapes of the clothes were very interesting, not to talk about the colours and patterns. All together it was very, very futuristic and unrealistic. The shoes must be the most discussed one during this season.
CELINE
Sharp, well cut and a lovely mixture of materials.

A.F. VANDEVORST
Airy, light, transparent, sharp, free and laid back yet so well put together and elegant.
BURBERRY PRORSUM
Burberry also did live streaming and it was such a pleasure to see this show. Everything looked like a 5 star Burberry Prorsum collection, so representative and right in time. The knots and the material together are so fine.

SUPREME Spring/Summer 10 Showpackage
“They wanted the package to be striking in presenting the models. Photographer Hanna Liden used black and white tones to create dark, gothic touches and an air of impeccable elegance.
The styling, by Sally Lyndley, is innovative and experimental, taking the models to their limits. Iris, Suvi, Hanne, Meghan, Ranya and Karolin are the stars of the show. When we look for a model, we want someone who can bring that added extra to the product range, a visual experience that supports the brand image in an innovative way. The Supreme agency appears to be well aware of this.”
